What we offer

Our Custom service gives brands, events, cycling clubs, teams and shops an opportunity to have their own distinctive cycling kit. We produce the full range from jerseys, bib-shorts, jackets, gilets, gloves, arm and knee warmers, socks, caps and overshoes, all made to the highest standard in our European factory using the latest fabrics and high-end chamois. We ride and race in this clothing year round, in all in conditions, so can testify to it's comfort and durability.

Creativity

We don't just do the production though. If it is to bear the Morvelo name we insist on working on the graphic design too. We can work with existing logos or can use our 15 years of branding experience to create a logo for you. Either way you'll end up with something we both can be proud of.

Process

• You come to us with an order quantity or maybe even idea of what you're after or what inspires you.

• We design and create several options

• After your feedback we work up the final design and apply it to all garments

• Once approved by you we start production once we receive a 50% deposit

• We give you a delivery date and keep you informed of it's progress.

• Once you receive the garments the final 50% payment will be required

• You head out for a ride wearing some distinctive and well made clothing.

Order quantities

For jerseys, bib-shorts, jackets, gilets, arm and knee warmers the minimums are 30 units. For gloves, socks, caps and overshoes the minimums are 50 units.

Lead times

From placing the 50% deposit to delivery, we aim to have your new custom clothing to you in 4 to 8 weeks. The custom cycle clothing industry is notoriously fraught with wild promises and missed deadlines. Whilst it is expected that the manufacture of bespoke garments can vary, we will give you an estimated delivery schedule that is realistic. 4 weeks or so for out of season (August to December) for up to 8 weeks in season (January to July). Being made in Europe means that lead times are far shorter than the Far East and once you get in touch with us, we will let you know what the lead times will be at that particular moment. So far we have some of the quickest and most reliable and we strive to keep it that way.
