A Funday In Hell is an event we're planning on staging this October. Disappointed that we couldn't get an entry to the Hell of the North Cotswolds (HONC), we decided to do one ourselves in the south east, well the South Downs to be exact, in October. It'll be a cyclocross event first and foremost, although MTBs will be welcome, and it'll take in a rough 50% split of road and off-road. There will be some great views, white knuckle downhills, fast flowing singletrack, speedy Sussex lanes in amongst so truly eye watering climbs. We said it'd be fun but we didn't say it would be easy.

At this stage we're planning on two distances. One very stern test of 120km and one more achievable test of 80km. Like the HONC of old you'll be using a map of the route to navigate your way round and there will be bail out points if you feel you've bitten off more than you can chew. It'll be hell!
