Katy is a rising star of British Cycling having been Junior MTB National Champion as well as representing GB in the Worlds and Euros. She mixes determination and a love of speed with such positivity and enjoyment that it's infectious. Even when in severe pain at the European Championships when her back seized she still looks on the bright side, smiles and constantly feels glad that she gets to ride bikes for a living. With her main focus on mountain biking and with such talent, you'd be forgiven in thinking this is all she does. Far from it. Not only is she the Scottish Cyclocross champion but she's also gearing up for taking on Downhill Racing too. She has the skills without doubt and being based in Scotland means that her bike handling and bravery is second to none.
