Back in the late 90's we rode nothing else but skateparks and dirtjumps, singlespeeding our bikes (Azonic DS1 and DMR Trailstar) and running just one rear brake. Not many people were doing it at the time but it sure helped the flow. We grew older and rode trails less but still have a keen eye on the dirtjump and slopestyle world which is why having such a talent like Ray on Morvelo is great news.

What draws you to the world of bikes? The freedom, being outdoors, How awesome it is, the adrenaline which is the best drug in the world, the people you meet and places you get to ride.

Describe your current bike set-up in three words: Perfect, Simple and Awesome

What or who inspires you to do what you do on a bike? My Brother Blake is my biggest inspiration and every time he learns something new it pushes me to try and be better. Also young kids who come out of nowhere and kill it, keeps the sport progressing.
