If you place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday, we'll send it out the same day.
All orders placed over the weekend are posted out first thing Monday morning.

A confirmation email will be send out once your order has been dispatched. Orders are sent Royal Mail so they should be with you within 3-5 working days. In case of your product not being delivered we'll check with Royal Mail as their policy is that a parcel isn't officially lost until after 15 days. This allows for the parcel to be returned to us in case of difficulty delivering it. If you still haven't received it 28 days after your original order please get in touch.

We do ship to all our friends abroad as we don't want to deny you the chance to get your hands on some Morvélo goods. If the country you live in isn't shown on the drop down menu when you come to checkout, get in touch with us or use the contact form. We'll get back to you as soon as posssible. European items are sent First Class Airmail, Rest of the World items are sent via the fully trackable Airsure where they can, and if not are sent International Signed For™
