UK Shipping

As we're a small company we do two bulk shipments per week, on Tuesday and Friday and all our orders are sent first class Royal Mail so they should be with you within 4-6 working days. We'd love to be quicker and do shipments everyday but just a few of us do everything from design to production so we appreciate your patience! In case of your product not being delivered we'll check with Royal Mail as their policy is that a parcel isn't officially lost until after 15 days. This allows for the parcel to be returned to us in case of difficulty delivering it. If you still haven't received it 18 days after your original order, get in touch and we'll send you out another one.

International Shipping

We do ship to all our friends abroad as we don't want to deny you the chance to get your hands on some Morvélo goods. If the country you live in isn't shown on the drop down menu when you come to checkout, get in touch with us using the contact form. We'll get back to you with a shipping cost and the ability to then checkout online. European items are sent First Class Airmail, Rest of the World items are sent International Signed For™
