If a mobile number is provided you will receive a text message from the courier confirming that your parcel is out for delivery, and also when it is delivered. This will also be confirmed by email. You will also receive a tracking number to track your parcel online. This mobile number will not be used for anything other than to ensure your parcel reaches you smoothly
