We want you to have your Morvélo products as soon as possible.

That's why we'll post out all our orders first class Royal Mail so they should be with you within 4-6 working days. Any orders taken on the weekend will be posted out first thing Monday morning. In case of your product not being delivered we'll check with Royal Mail as their policy is that a parcel isn't officially lost until after 15 days. This allows for the parcel to be returned to us in case of difficulty delivering it. If you still haven't received it 18 days after your original order, get in touch and we'll send you out another one.


International Shipping.
We do ship to all our friends abroad as we don't want to deny you the chance to get your hands on some Morvélo goods. If the country you live in isn't shown on the drop down menu when you come to checkout, get in touch with us using the contact form. (up there ^^^). We'll get back to you within 1 working day with a shipping cost and the ability to then checkout online.
