Crash Replacement Policy

- the crash replacement policy applies to products bought from morvelo.com within the last 18 months.

- you must be able to provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or email receipt)

- the replacement offer is only valid for the original purchaser.

- only genuine claims will be accepted (our decision on whether a claim is genuine is final)

- normal wear and tear, bramble/fabric pulls, or other damage do not apply.

- you will receive a discount code (the scale to be decided by Morvélo) valid for the purchase of a replacement article of the same description and cost. In the event of the item being out of stock, you can use the discount against a similar item.

- the discount cannot be used with any other offer or promotion, including items in the sale.

- to claim, email morvelocustomerservices@thehutgroup.com with your order number and a photo of your damaged kit.
