Fits well, warm and the lining is black rather than white which is a bonus. Definitely a mesh base layer and this alone for cold rides. Maybe a wind proof thin jacket over the top if it's really cold. Definitely recommend, this and another thermoactice long sleeve jersey are my winter staples now.
